 I use these reusable tags for all my culturing & fermenting foods in jars.  I write on the tag the name and start/made date e.g. krout, beets, relishes...then they start out on my countertop for a few days (as most recipes recommend) then put them into the fridge ready to eat.  I'm shorter and finally a label/tag I can see from the side of the jar instead of having to tip the jar over an see the top the open date.  I even use them on my freezer jam in the chest freezer.   They wipe off easily with 90% rubbing alcohol and a facial tissue.  Will buy more, 8 tags were not enough.

Love them! -  I do a lot of vegetable & game meat canning from our home garden and my husband hunting trips.  I use these tags on jars in fridge and on the kitchen counter,  sometimes in the freezer & pantry.  I ordered 4 kits, well worth it.  Two stay in the drawer near the fridge in a sandwich bag and I gave the others away as gifts.  My daughter and niece love em too.  Thank you Donna & Zane for a simple & great product.
